#8/8 Kids Art Wrokshop @GreenMarket

The Trojan Rocking Horse series of 8 art workshops for youth was finalized with an open-participation workshop at the Greenmarket. This was a great opportunity for the public of West Palm Beach to come together and create something beautiful for the city.

All the designs children made will serve as inspiration for the design of the Trojan Rocking Horse sculptures that will march through the city of West Palm Beach and collect the dreams from the citizens to deliver them to the city authorities.

Marco Casagrande, the author of the Trojan Rocking Horse project, and main moderator of the children's workshops says about the experience:

// For me, working with children opens up the possibility to reach to the very core of art and creativity. Pure, uncompromising and unpredictable eternity of ideas, creation and dreams. These kids come from different areas and backgrounds around West Palm Beach and the main thing for the workshops was to let them to be children. To be these little human special forces operators from which we have so much to learn from, and for whom we are building our cities. Their Trojan Rocking Horses were full of rhythms, colors, exploration and especially nature. All the horses felt very kind and full of personality – they were shining. These kids are our dreams for the city. //
